My friend has all these shirts, you can make copies of these T-shirts in a shop or something?

You can not make copies of a shirt, unless you design the shirt.
If not long ago you went to university, why not just go and ask the school for a new shirt?
Ive never herd of in a position to do so would not hurt, either ask for a local printer.
